Nonostante alla mia specifica domanda avessero risposto che in caso di rinuncia avrei avuto indietro tutto quanto pagato, ho riavuto indietro solo una parte della somma. Probabilmente è stato tutto regolare, però se mi avessero informato correttamente, mi avrebbero reso un servizio migliore!
 I booked a trip, I made the "health reasons" insurance and for health reasons I had to cancel it.
