V	Vins Trol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante io abbia prenotato l'hotel Trianon ad Amsterdam (hotel sconsigliatissimo) ed abbia annullato la prenotazione un giorno dopo la scadenza della cancellazione gratuita, l'operatore Raffaele gentilissimo è riuscito a farcela annullare gratuitamente attraverso processi permessi e non specificati dall'albergo. Although I booked the Trianon hotel in Amsterdam (hotel not recommended) and canceled the reservation one day after the expiration of the free cancellation, the very kind operator Raffaele managed to have it canceled free of charge through permitted processes not specified by the hotel.

Mi sono rivolta a questa agenzia ed ho acquistato un volo Roma- New York ed un volo New York-Cuba. Non mi è stato riferito che per le normative attuali non è possibile entrare a Cuba da New York, come turista. A 4 giorni dalla partenza, da fonti terze, sono venuta a conoscenza che non è possibile entrare da New York a Cuba per cui ho chiamato l'agenzia. La risposta dell'agenzia è stata la seguente: " non dovevo dirtelo io! Tu non hai organizzato il tour ma hai preso solo il volo!". Detto ciò la risposta mi sembra assurda per cui sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare presso questa agenzia perchè poco professionale. I state that I give a star because I can not give a lower rating. I contacted this agency and bought a Rome-New York flight and a New York-Cuba flight. I was not told that due to current regulations it is not possible to enter Cuba from New York as a tourist. Four days after departure, from third-party sources, I learned that it is not possible to enter Cuba from New York, so I called the agency. The agency's response was as follows: "I shouldn't have told you! You didn't organize the tour but you just took off!". Having said that, the answer seems absurd to me, so I strongly advise against buying from this agency because it is unprofessional.

Le patate al forno buonissime, e peperoni con cappuccia che era abbastanza buono. I dolci 10 pezzi, perqui ti devi sbrigare per avergli, comunque,buoni. Mi aspettavo di meglio! Delicious baked potatoes, and peppers with cappuccino which was quite good. Desserts 10 pieces, so you have to hurry to get them anyway. I expected better!
