Mi hanno prenotato il viaggio assicurandomi che era tutto andato a buon fine .purtroppo a metà vacanza questa agenzia ci ha contattato dicendo che per un errore i nostri soldi erano stati versati non a loro ma ad un altra agenzia. Ci danno un n.di un cal center albanese dicendo di risolvere il problema...a farla breve ..al ritorno ho dovuto ripagare la vacanza e.. la loro parcella ,dovuta per un errore loro e il lavoro mal fatto. L'altra agenzia ci ha dato un buono per un altro viaggio che non potrò fare.Sconsiglio .Non sono assicurati nemmeno per i loro errori quindi se sbagliano su un viaggio voi lo dovete pagare 2 volte compresi i loro oneri. Being able to take advantage of my husband's welfare, I entrusted myself to this agency. They booked the trip and made sure that everything went well. Unfortunately, halfway through the holiday this agency contacted us saying that due to a mistake our money had been paid not to them but to another agency. They give us a number of an Albanian cal center saying to solve the problem ... in short .. on my return I had to pay back the holiday and .. their fee, due to their mistake and the poorly done job. The other agency gave us a voucher for another trip that I will not be able to do. I do not recommend. They are not insured even for their mistakes so if they make a mistake on a trip you have to pay it twice including their charges.
