I had many doubts before organizing the trip and also during the trip, the staff gave me full support before and during the trip! C	Caterina Guagliumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito dell’assistenza dell’agenzia viaggi “Alle Falde del Kilimanjaro” diverse volte e si sono sempre distinti per professionalità, attenzione e disponibilità. Ma in occasione del mio ultimo viaggio si sono veramente superati! Nonostante il momento critico e le complicazioni dovute all’emergenza sanitaria, hanno saputo organizzare il mio viaggio a Dubai in tempi record e nell’assoluto rispetto di tutte le norme vigenti: indicazioni su dove effettuare i tamponi nei tempi più brevi e a minor costo alla partenza, assistenza sulla compilazione del DPLF, regole sanitarie in vigore negli Emirati Arabi, appuntamenti per i tamponi necessari per visitare Abu Dhabi e rientrare in Italia organizzati direttamente con infermiere in hotel. Per il resto, accoglienza dedicata all’arrivo con assistente che mi ha fatto utilizzare il fast track per i vari controlli in aeroporto, autista per e dall’hotel, escursione ad Abu Dhabi (stupenda!) con guida Italian Speaking e, ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno fatto omaggio del biglietto per visitare l’Expo di Dubai (imperdibile!). Despite the critical moment and the complications due to the health emergency, they were able to organize my trip to Dubai in record time and in full compliance with all current regulations: indications on where to swab in the shortest time and at the lowest cost upon departure , assistance in completing the DPLF, health rules in force in the United Arab Emirates, appointments for the tampons necessary to visit Abu Dhabi and return to Italy organized directly with nurses in the hotel. For the rest, dedicated reception on arrival with an assistant who made me use the fast track for the various checks at the airport, driver to and from the hotel, excursion to Abu Dhabi (wonderful!) With an Italian Speaking guide and, icing on the cake , they gave me a free ticket to visit the Dubai Expo (unmissable!).
