★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo tante telefonate ho chiamato la Top Service per una perdita in bagno sono arrivati in poco tempo e mi hanno riparato il tubo rotto e sono stati molto onesti.
after many calls I called the Top Service for a leak in the bathroom they arrived in a short time and they repaired the broken tube and they were very honest.

Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza dell'assicurazione sulla casa, con pronto intervento, causa una perdita consistente di acqua, ma l'intervento non è stato né pronto né risolutivo.
Ci hanno fatto perdere un sacco di tempo e abbiamo pagato un servizio di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Ma non solo. Le ore comprese nel pacchetto assicurativo erano 2, quindi abbiamo aggiunto ancora il pagamento di due ore più materiale (50+5€).
Un totale di 4 ore, per finire di allagare la casa.
È arrivato il nostro idraulico di fiducia e con 60€ e un'ora e mezza di lavoro abbiamo risolto il problema.
I was able to deal with Top Service and I would advise against it.
I contacted the home insurance assistance service, with prompt intervention, causing a substantial loss of water, but the intervention was neither prompt nor resolutive.
They made us lose a lot of time and we paid for a service that we didn't use. But not only. The hours included in the insurance package were 2, so we added the payment of two more hours (50 + 5 €).
A total of 4 hours to finish flooding the house.
Our trusted plumber arrived and with 60 € and an hour and a half of work we solved the problem.
