Ho acquistato a Maggio il biglietto per il Jova Beach Party a Barletta con questa agenzia (scelta perché il biglietto costava meno rispetto ad un’altra che partiva lo stesso da Taranto). Il luogo e l’orario di partenza sono stati comunicati due giorni prima. La partenza era prevista alle 14 quando il concerto incominciava alle 15.30 e siamo già partiti in ritardo. Una volta arrivati a Barletta non esisteva la prenotazione che l’agenzia aveva fatto ad un parcheggio, quindi siamo rimasti bloccati e senza sapere dove andare. Un poliziotto ci ha “scortati” fino ad un parcheggio ma ormai la città era bloccata. Siamo riusciti ad entrare al concerto alle 19.30, perdendo così le esibizioni degli ospiti. Avevo scelto il viaggio in bus per una questione di inquinamento (in linea con lo spirito del JBP) e per poter fare un viaggio più tranquillo. Ahimè non riprenoterò nessun tipo di viaggio con questa agenzia data la mancanza di professionalità. Very bad experience on 07/20/2019. Ci siamo recati io e mia figlia a prenotarlo e abbiam trovato due ragazze molto gentili e disponibili. Sempre lì in agenzia poi ci siamo resi conto di quanti altri pacchetti viaggio loro abbiamo creato.. perché esigenze di tutti, di tutte le età e tutte le tasche! Per questo dò il punteggio massimo, consigliato a tutti.. troverete sicuramente quello che cercate! La partenza era fissata alle 2 (orario comunicato due giorni prima) e siamo partiti alle 2 e mezza, quando il concerto cominciava in un'ora alle 3 e mezza. Arrivati a Barletta i responsabili si sono dimostrati di una incapacità unica. Non sapevano dove fosse il parcheggio del concerto. Ci siamo incastrati con il pullman nel centro di Barletta. La polizia ci ha dovuto scortare nel luogo giusto, l'autista visibilmente non sapeva dove sarebbe dovuto andare. Siamo entrati nell'area del concerto alle 19.30, esattamente 4 ore in ritardo. Mai più. P. S. La responsabile dell'agenzia non ci ha accompagnati fino alla fine del viaggio, si è fatta lasciare a Statte.
