Non hanno saputo fornirmi un servizio semplice come la cancellazione dell’auto dal PRA per esportazione in quanto non erano a conoscenza della procedura (spiegata chiaramente sul sito dell’ACI).
Hanno temporeggiato per un mese, millantando tra l’altro di non riuscire a telefonarmi perché ho un numero straniero (sul quale riesce chiamare chiunque).
Infine sono stato trattato con sufficienza e presunzione al telefono quando mi sono lamentato della carenza del servizio.
Bad service and total incompetence.
They were unable to provide me with a simple service such as canceling the car from the PRA for export as they were not aware of the procedure (clearly explained on the ACI website).
They stalled for a month, boasting among other things that they could not call me because I have a foreign number (on which anyone can call).
Finally, I was treated with disdain and conceit on the phone when I complained about the lack of service.
