★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza... dopo che ho aspettato l'agente per un quarto d'ora mi è venuto incontro al telefono senza presentarsi e nemmeno scusandosi per l'attesa. Avrei dovuto essere ricontattata per un ulteriore appuntamento e non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata. Mha
