Ho perso due mattinate di lavoro per farmi dare da loro delle indicazioni, su cui erano in evidente affanno, su come adempiere una pratica per poi scoprire che non era possibile portarla avanti.
Alla luce dei fatti, anziché scusarsi, si sono anche permessi di addossare la colpa al sottoscritto per non aver spiegato correttamente la situazione.
