★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non possa mettere 0 stelle. Un mio parente siciliano è andato a parlarci la mattina per sapere il prezzo della spedizione e l'operatore gli ha detto 14€ per 30 kg di pacco. Ci vado io al pomeriggio per spedirlo (non sono siciliano) e mi fa pagare 18€. Io ho ribadito il fatto che mi è stato detto 14€ e l'operatore mi dice che se pago quella cifra il pacco probabilmente non partirà. Ho pagato 18€ e NON mi è stato rilasciato nessun certificato di pagamento. Inoltre il pacco è arrivato in PESSIME condizioni.
Too bad it can't put 0 stars. A Sicilian relative of mine went to talk to us in the morning to find out the price of the shipment and the operator told him € 14 for 30 kg of parcel. I go there in the afternoon to send it (I'm not Sicilian) and he charges me € 18. I reiterated the fact that I was told € 14 and the operator tells me that if I pay that amount, the package will probably not leave. I paid 18 € and I was NOT issued any payment certificate. In addition, the package arrived in very bad condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, il 22/07/2021 ho trovato nella cassetta delle lettere un avviso di giacenza di raccomandata presso la Vs. agenzia in Mazara del Vallo. Essendo di Gibellina (35 km. di distanza) ho chiamato al numero riportato nell'avviso per sapere se devo recarmi a Mazara o se hanno un punto di ritiro più vicino. Avrò fatto almeno 50 chiamate ma sempre senza risposta. In più ho inviato un messaggio nella speranza che qualcuno lo leggesse, ma ahimè anche questo senza risposta.
Quindi per quanto mi riguarda professionalità zero, cortesia zero, assistenza clienti zero.
Hello, on 22/07/2021 I found in the mailbox a notice of registered mail at your agency in Mazara del Vallo. Being from Gibellina (35 km. Away) I called the number listed in the notice to find out if I have to go to Mazara or if they have a closer collection point. I will have made at least 50 calls but always unanswered. In addition, I sent a message in the hope that someone would read it, but alas this too without response.
So as far as I'm concerned, zero professionalism, zero courtesy, zero customer support.
