★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rinnovato tempo fa il bollo della macchina di mia moglie e tornando a casa e controllando la ricevuta, ho notato che hanno sbagliato l'importo e nonostante sono tornato dopo un'ora a far notare l'accaduto , non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema causato da una LORO ERRORE. Quindi alla fine ho pagato una somma maggiore a quella prevista e non ho ricevuto neanche delle scuse. DA EVITARE
Some time ago I renewed my wife's car tax and, returning home and checking the receipt, I noticed that they had the wrong amount and although I returned after an hour to point out what had happened, they did nothing to solve the problem caused by THEIR ERROR. So in the end I paid a higher sum than expected and didn't even get an apology. TO AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale e preparato, svolgono le pratiche in maniera rapida e precisa. Da rivedere la gestione "spese" in quanto non c'è un listino definito e capita di avere risposte diverse da parte di diversi interlocutori.
Friendly and trained staff, they carry out the procedures quickly and accurately. The "expense" management needs to be reviewed as there is no defined price list and it happens to have different answers from different interlocutors.

I turned to Roberto's agency to deal with some automotive practices and I was very impressed by their seriousness, professionalism and desire to do their job well. In all honesty, if I could have put another star, I would have more than willingly put it because these guys have an edge in getting their job done.when I still need a car file agency I will know who to contact.
