Mi era stato detto che sarei stato chiamato per avere informazioni su una proposta di finanziamento, ma non sono mai stato contattato, il telefono mi veniva attaccato e al mio ritorno in agenzia il personale si é dimostrato incompetente e maleducato. Sono riusciti a recuperare i miei documenti dopo mezz'ora di ricerche . Non ricordavano neppure dove avessero conservato la mia pratica. Da chiudere questa filiale al più presto.
