Allo sportello, dietro il plexiglass un ragazzo senza mascherina che serviva una povera signora, l'unica con la mascherina correttamente indossata. Il tempo di leggere il cartello massimo 2 persone... Il ragazzo prende esce senza dire nulla...e si allontana sulla strada (dove sarà andato?) Ovviamente alzo i tacchi e vado altrove. Inappropriati nella comunicazione di chi deve pagare cosa (successione e vendita auto) creando imbarazzo e problemi fra parenti . L ufficio dovrebbe seguire la legge...senza suggerire alternative.....l erede paga la successione, il compratore il passaggio!!!!! Agency to avoid, inaccurate in giving preliminary information.
