Consiglio valido sempre: mettere sempre per iscritto gli accordi presi e non fidarsi dell’atteggiamento amichevole. All smoke in the eyes. S	Stefano Salvatore Proserpio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affidato alla venditrice sigra Anna per circa due anni, in attesa che l'immobile avesse alcune certificazioni che non erano chiare per difformità nemmeno a chi lo proponeva.Prima del periodo covid fatto proposta, ma il venditore voleva una cifra superiore, trovato accordo, ma sebbene depositato assegno non era possibile passare da una regione ad un altra ,mi è stato chiesto se ancora interessato confermato il si, ed al momento che avessero permesso di spostarsi avrei siglato definitivamente , a questo punto la sgradita sorpresa la signora Anna mi contatta con un freddo SMS , la dove mi dice che il signor Stecca suo titolare , avendo precedentemente annullato il mio assegno per termini decorsi aveva siglato e concluso con altro cliente !!! Poca professionalità, sia nei confronti di chi ha dato incarico alla vendita che nei confronti dei possibili acquirenti.
