Questa è la peggiore agenzia che mi è capitata nella mia vita , dopo 2 mesi dal pagamento del passaggio di proprietà non sono ancora riuscito ad ottenere la trascrizione, dopo un mese e mezzo è stata fatta sbagliando la residenza ... se avete tempo da perdere viaggiare senza documenti questo è il posto perfetto dove incompetenza maleducazione ecc ecc regnano sovrani .... credo che tra poco tempo la suddetta agenzia fallirà lasciando ignari clienti senza i loro documenti ... sesto senso .... .... NON consigliati, anzi meglio girare molto alla larga da questa gente. a friend of mine was forced to rely on a lawyer to fix a cheat they made. make them close and send them to dig in the fields. Per non parlarne della cortesia 0 strafottenza unica e menefreghismo totale . La sconsiglio assolutamente. Worst and worst agency I know 45 days to have a car passed away and documents back. Mi sono fermata per effettuare un trapasso ad uno straniero (a cui quindi doveva essere chiesto il permesso di soggiorno) Secondo loro tutto regolare. Passa 1 mese e chiamo svariate volte per assicurarmi che la pratica fosse andata a buon fine perché sul portale dell' automobilista risultava intestata ancora a me l autovettura. Tutto sempre perfetto. Dopo 2 mesi mi iniziano ad arrivare multe su multe intestate a me di giorni successivi al mio trapasso compreso un bel Fermo amministrativo. Risultato: la pratica non ha trovato seguito al PRA perché mancante di fotocopia di permesso del acquirente ( il ragazzo di fronte ai miei occhi ha presentato regolare carta di soggiorno ovvero senza scadenza) quindi io ho dovuto prendere un legale per dimostrare la vendita. Chiamando per l'ennesima volta l'agenzia e parlando con "l'amabile" signora le mi conferma che la fotocopia sarebbe andata perduta e che comunque è stato un errore umano di non alterarmi. Sapevano tutte le volte che ho chiamato che la pratica non era Ok e non mi hanno detto mai nulla perche "non era mio diritto saperlo"!Traete le vostre conclusioni. Sconsiglio e certa che gli arriverà PRESTO un controllo e che CHIUDERANNO bottega saluto! Bad agency. They knew every time I called that the practice was not OK and they never told me anything because "it was not my right to know"! Draw your conclusions. I discourage you and I will be given a control and I WILL CLOSE him a greeting!

Dopo 2 mesi si accorge che c erano problemi.dice di aver sistemati..chiamo un sacco di volete al giorno e a me e a mio marito dice cose diverse..il libretto solo 2 mesi e mezzo non è ancora arrivato..inventano sempre scuse..non sono per nulla affidabili Terrible .. did it with them.
