Lo staff dell'agenzia è gentile e professionale, e il bagno Anna 95 offre molti servizi ed è ben attrezzato. Quest'estate ci ritorneremo sicuramente! In bagno la doccia comoda e grande , c'è anche la lavatrice. Praticamente sei a casa. Molto scortese e maleducato ogni anno fa le solite battute cafone, è tanto pieno di sé e non merita niente. Tornerò a Pinarella come sempre ma non più tramite questo signore che spero troverà pane per i suoi denti. Dopo avergli spiegato cosa stavamo cercando ci ha affidato a una sua dipendente che ci ha portate a far vedere alcuni appartamenti, nessuno rispecchiava quello che stavamo cercando e che avevamo spiegato al titolare, insomma abbiamo perso 2 ore del nostro tempo ovviamente senza trovare nulla che facesse al caso nostro. Se non aveva disponibile un appartamento che rispecchiasse le nostre esigenza poteva dircelo subito cosi evitavamo di perdere del tempo. siamo poi andati in altra agenzia e nel giro di mezz'ora abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo. L'unica stella della recensione è per la disponibilità delle ragazze alla reception. Titolare arrogante, cafone e ormai troppo in là con gli anni per poter continuare a fare questo lavoro. Il personale si è sempre attivato prontamente per soddisfare le nostre richieste relative all'appartamento ed alla spiaggia. L'Agenzia offre ai clienti un servizio di "animazione " sulla spiaggia in particolare per i bambini , ma anche partite di carte e gare di bocce per gli adulti. Vi è inoltre, sempre sulla spiaggia, una costruzione dedicata a Bar ,"Self Service" e Ristorante.! Insomma tutto quello che rende una vacanza gradevole. We stayed (4 adults and 2 girls) in an apartment rented to us by the International Agency in Pinarella di Cervia for the whole month of August and used the beach service, again through the Agency. The staff has always acted promptly to satisfy our requests relating to the apartment and the beach. The Agency offers customers an "entertainment" service on the beach especially for children, but also card games and bowls competitions for adults. There is also, always on the beach, a building dedicated to Bar, "Self Service" and Restaurant.! In short, everything that makes a pleasant holiday.
