★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo in vendita un immobile ed ho avuto una buonissima soddisfazione nel lavoro eseguito da Tempocasa di San Giorgio di Piano.
Entrambi i ragazzi, Silvestro e Samuel sono estremamente gentili e disponibili a seguirti passo-passo.
Estremamente appagante l’esperienza avuta con Samuel (colui che ci ha seguito più da vicino) che ho trovato: puntuale, preciso, serio e professionale.
La vendita pre periodo Covid è andata via abbastanza liscia e veloce, se volessi trovare un neo: avremmo sperato di vendere ad un prezzo leggermente più alto ma, va bene così.
Dal canto mio, consiglio vivamente.

Both guys, Silvestro and Samuel are extremely kind and willing to follow you step by step.
The experience I had with Samuel (the one who followed us more closely) that I found was extremely satisfying: punctual, precise, serious and professional.
The pre-Covid sale went smoothly and quickly, if I wanted to find a mole: we would have hoped to sell at a slightly higher price, but that's okay.
For my part, I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la mia ricerca ho avuto la fortuna di parlare sempre con professionisti competenti e cordiali in ogni agenzia, perciò entrata in Tempocasa ho avuto la stessa impressione per uno staff giovane e disponibile.
Finalmente abbiamo trovato la casa adatta a mia madre, trattativa breve portata subito a termine dall'agente che ci seguiva. Purtroppo non tutti i rogiti vengono col buco, e abbiamo avuto grandissimi problemi con la proprietaria, naturalmente non dipendenti in nessun modo dall'agenzia. In una situazione molto critica aggravata dalla pandemia in corso, ho potuto apprezzare a pieno lo staff e dare atto all'agenzia di essere competente a 360 gradi. Chi si occupa delle pratiche e della documentazione ci ha fornito un supporto impeccabile, fornendoci un sostegno ed una consulenza che sono state fondamentali per riuscire a rogitare nonostante le difficoltà. Anche dopo il rogito, mi hanno seguito per le pratiche di voltura e le questioni burocratiche legate al nuovo appartamento. Devo dire un grazie enorme a Lucia che ci ha seguito nel back office e a Silvestro e Samuel gli agenti che hanno seguito le trattative.
During my research I was lucky enough to always speak with competent and friendly professionals in each agency, so when I entered Tempocasa I had the same impression for a young and helpful staff.
We finally found the right house for my mother, a short negotiation immediately completed by the agent who followed us. Unfortunately not all deeds come with a hole, and we had huge problems with the owner, of course not dependent in any way on the agency. In a very critical situation aggravated by the pandemic in progress, I was able to fully appreciate the staff and acknowledge the agency to be fully competent. Those who take care of the practices and documentation provided us with impeccable support, providing us with support and advice that were fundamental to being able to rogitate despite the difficulties. Even after the deed, they followed me for the transfer procedures and bureaucratic issues related to the new apartment. I have to say a huge thank you to Lucia who followed us in the back office and to Silvestro and Samuel the agents who followed the negotiations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno saputo gestire dopo 12 mesi (questo era la durata del mio contratto con l'immobiliare) la vendita del mio immobile sapendo che era legato all'acquisto contemporaneo di un altro immobile poi la cosa che non mi va nel loro sistema quando l'acquirente firma la loro proposta d'acquisto e ti da l'assegno come caparra confirmatoria per loro l'affare è fatto quindi ti chiedono subito il loro compenso di mediazione ma non è sempre cosi perché fin che non hai rogitato potrebbe succedere qualcosa che ti manda a monte la vendita cosa che è purtroppo successo nel mio caso (altre agenzie non fanno cosi) anche se dopo mi hanno portato altri compratori non li hanno gestiti nel modo giusto e pensare che io li avevo pagati per intero come se avessimo portato a termine la vendita dell'immobile per non parlare poi di tutte le telefonate che ho dovuto fare per cercare il mio agente interlocutore per sentirmi dire quando riuscivo a parlargli non c'è problema stai tranquillo che adesso risolviamo tutto, oltre che li ho pagati dovevo il più delle volte cercarli io. Questa purtroppo e stata la mia pessima esperienza con TEMPOCASA di San Giorgio di Piano
They have not been able to manage after 12 months (this was the duration of my contract with the real estate) the sale of my property knowing that it was linked to the simultaneous purchase of another property then the thing that I am not happy with in their system when the buyer signs their purchase proposal and gives you the check as a confirmatory deposit for them the deal is done so they immediately ask you for their brokerage fee but it is not always the case because until you have not deed something could happen that they send you upstream the sale which unfortunately happened in my case (other agencies do not do so) even if after they brought me other buyers they did not manage them in the right way and to think that I had paid them in full as if we had completed the sale of the property not to mention all the phone calls I had to make to look for my contact agent to be told when I was able to talk to him there is no problem do not worry that now I solve we go all, as well as I paid for them I had to look for them most of the time. Unfortunately, this was my bad experience with TEMPOCASA di San Giorgio di Piano
