★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parto col dire che non hanno professionalità, noi ci siamo affidati a loro nel cercare una casa più grande, ci hanno detto che parlavano loro con il proprietario riferendo le nostre parole anche in quanto a contratto, ma così non è stato fatto, e ormai avevamo pagato il notaio, noi abbiamo perso la casa e i soldi del notaio, quei soldi mi sarebbero potuti servire per portare la mia bimba di sei mesi avanti senza rischiare di arrivare a fine mese senza soldi, non vi affidate a loro.
Cercate un'altra agenzia, non meriterebbero manco una stella
I start by saying that they do not have professionalism, we relied on them in looking for a bigger house, they told us that they spoke to them with the owner referring our words also in terms of contract, but this was not done, and by now we had paid the notary, we lost the house and the notary's money, that money could have been used to carry my six-month-old baby without risking to make it to the end of the month without money, don't rely on them.
Look for another agency, they wouldn't even deserve a star

Le esigenze dichiarate in sede di primo colloquio, sono sempre state al centro del loro costante aggiornamento.
Samantha, poi, ha mantenuto i contatti per mesi, proponendo di volta in volta le tipologie di abitazione che più si avvicinano ai nostri bisogni.
Consiglio l'agenzia e la valuto molto positivamente proprio per questo interesse e professionalità che, purtroppo, non ho riscontrano in nessun'altra agenzia contattata.
I contacted the Tempocasa real estate agency in Mirandola when I thought that my family and I would move to those areas; to date our needs have changed, but I want to highlight how competent and always available the agency and above all the figure of Samantha.
The needs declared during the first interview have always been at the center of their constant updating.
Samantha, then, kept in touch for months, proposing each time the types of homes that are closest to our needs.
I recommend the agency and I rate it very positively for this interest and professionalism which, unfortunately, I have not found in any other agency I contacted.
