★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imparzialità, scarsa professionalità e scorrettezza. Mi ero affidata ciecamente a loro non avendo nessuno che potesse aiutarmi nell'acquisto, ma mi sono affidata alle persone sbagliate. Fate attenzione a tutto ciò che firmate, anzi prima di firmare, vi consiglio di farvi dare una copia della dichiarazione provvigionale e della proposta d'acquisto da leggere con calma a casa. Attenzione anche alla situazione catastale e urbanistica dell'immobile. Mi volevano far credere che accatastare un muro in cartongesso avrebbe comportato un aumento della rendita e quindi maggiori costi notarili. Peccato che dietro mia insistenza il muro è stato accatastato (con spese a carico del venditore come è giusto che sia) e la rendita si è addirittura ridotta. Per quanto riguarda poi la provvigione, ti fanno credere che essendo un franchising la provvigione è fissa e non possono apportare riduzioni, in realtà a me avevano chiesto quasi il 5% mentre ho scoperto, in un secondo momento, che al venditore avevano chiesto il 2%.

Too bad that at my insistence the wall was stacked (with costs to be borne by the seller as it should be) and the income was even reduced. As for the commission, they make you believe that being a franchise the commission is fixed and they cannot make any reductions, in reality they had asked me almost 5% while I discovered, later on, that the seller had asked for 2 %.
