Tutti i collaboratori sono professionisti nel settore e sanno ciò che fanno. Una cosa che li distingue sicuramente è il sorriso sul volto, sempre pronti prima ad aiutare e ad informare il prossimo e poi a concretizzare ogni tipo di affare, nel loro modo più vero e trasparente.  I decided to put 5 stars, because thanks to their daily commitment they manage to offer a respectable service! All collaborators are professionals in the sector and know what they are doing. One thing that definitely sets them apart is the smile on the face, always ready first to help and inform others and then to implement every type of deal, in their truest and most transparent way. excellent agency. the owner and all his collaborators are exceptional! I have had experience with many agencies in Florence and in other Italian cities and I have never found the professionalism and friendliness that I have found from them. I highly recommend them, they are truly exceptional professionals. not to forget the kindness and sympathy. they are tireless and always available for anything. unique in Florence and Italy! do not waste time with others .... for some time home they will be able to fulfill your wishes .... in half the time ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a questa agenzia per un appartamento in viale Volta a Firenze. Incoraggiati dalle recensioni abbiamo confidato di poter ricevere adeguata ed idonea assistenza. Tuttavia dopo poco, abbiamo scoperto che "Tempocasa" indica il tempo che abbiamo dovuto perdere nell'inseguire il loro referente, con telefonate/messaggi e continue richieste di appuntamenti, sempre rimandati e/o annullati con poco preavviso! Ancora oggi, dopo 10 giorni di silenzio, siamo in attesa di ricevere la contro-offerta del venditore alla nostra proposta!!!
We turned to this agency for an apartment in viale Volta in Florence. Encouraged by the reviews, we are confident that we will be able to receive adequate and appropriate assistance. However, after a while, we discovered that "Tempocasa" indicates the time we had to waste in chasing their contact person, with phone calls / messages and continuous requests for appointments, always postponed and / or canceled at short notice! Even today, after 10 days of silence, we are waiting to receive the seller's counter-offer to our proposal !!!
