Dalla visita dell'appartamento con Nicola all'intera trattativa con il responsabile dell'agenzia Luca, ho sempre trovato un riscontro pressoché immediato a domande, dubbi e richieste di aiuto, sempre con la massima disponibilità ... e la loro attività di consulenza non si è esaurita con l'acquisto della casa! Grazie di cuore a Luca e ai suoi collaboratori per essere stati dei veri Mediatori, ruolo decisamente non facile che nei miei confronti hanno interpretato al meglio.

Purtroppo non posso fare a meno di rilevare un elevato importo della mediazione, soprattutto in rapporto alla tipologia di immobile acquistato. Ma questo è un altro discorso.
