Non rispettano il codice deontologico e sono stati scorretti nei confronti sia del venditore che del compratore. Per essere più specifica, l'agenzia dall'inizio ha dichiarato che la casa, malgrado vari abusi edilizi andava presa cosi com'è ; cosa contraria alla legge. Ho quindi chiesto l'appoggio di un mio architetto e di un legale per assistermi nella pratica e proteggere i miei diritti (ovviamente a mie spese). Il ruolo di un'agenzia è di tutelare entrambe le parti e fare rispettare la legge. Dall' inizio della trattativa, ho espresso le mie perplessità all'agenzia. E' stato davvero un'esperienza spiacevole e ricordo il giorno della firma del contratto come traumatico. Dopo un anno ed a lavori finiti, mi è sembrato giusto condividere quest'esperienza perché non la auguro a nessuno. I bought a house through their agency and landed on their unprofessional. They do not respect the code of ethics and have been incorrect towards both the seller and the buyer. To be more specific, the agency from the beginning declared that the house, despite various building abuses, should be taken as it is; which is contrary to the law. I therefore asked for the support of my architect and a lawyer to assist me in the practice and protect my rights (obviously at my expense). The role of an agency is to protect both sides and enforce the law. Since the beginning of the negotiation, I have expressed my doubts to the agency. It was a really unpleasant experience and I remember the day of signing the contract as traumatic. After a year and with the work finished, it seemed right to share this experience because I do not wish it to anyone.
