Spese per energia elettrica e gas pattuite in base al consumo effettivo, sono invece state richieste in forma di cifra forfettaria (per niente contenuta); ugualmente per le spese di pulizia pattuite come incluse nell'affitto, poi invece richieste.
Good service initially, but at the end of the holiday unprofessional behavior. Expenses for electricity and gas agreed on the basis of actual consumption, were instead requested in the form of a lump sum (not at all contained); equally for the cleaning costs agreed as included in the rent, then instead requests.
