Da cercare l’immobile fino a firmare l’atto, siamo stati molto soddisfatti con il servizio di Umberto. Come stranieri, lui e i suoi colleghi ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci chiaramente tutti i passi dell’acquisto. Sempre organizzato e paziente, lui ha fatto di tutto per portare avanti l’affare, anche quando la situazione si è complicata molto per la distanza e le complicazioni del virus.

From looking for the property to signing the deed, we were very satisfied with Umberto's service. As foreigners, he and his colleagues made us feel at ease, clearly explaining all the steps of the purchase. Always organized and patient, he did everything to carry on the business, even when the situation became very complicated due to the distance and the complications of the virus.
