★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un ambiente particolarmente competitivo quale quello delle agenzie immobiliari, abbiamo fortunatamente incontrato questa agenzia animata da persone non solo altamente competenti, ma sopratutto umane, gentili e per niente aggressive. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la naturale propensione al problem solving in tutti gli aspetti della trattativa. Maria Spina, sempre sorridente ed efficiente, sovrintende con cura l'affare cercando di proporre in maniera garbata le soluzioni più immediate e comode per il cliente. Che dire, poi, di Mauro Di Gneo, un agente non solo capace e preparato, ma anche gentile e dolcissimo che ci ha seguito passo passo, informandoci costantemente di ogni avanzamento della trattativa,conquistando da subito la nostra fiducia. Attenzione perché, a differenza di tante altre agenzie, offrono servizi esclusivi quali, ad esempio, POST VENDITA, le attività di voltura delle utenze presso gli uffici comunali (acqua e igiene urbana) e i gestori (enel, gas etc.) sollevandovi da file e grane burocratiche ben note. Stesse file sono state sopportate presso gli uffici tecnici comunali per il rinvenimento di documenti e protocolli. Insomma, una provvigione BENEDETTA ed anche su questa vi è un approccio mai speculativo. Sento in piena coscienza di consigliarvi questa agenzia, alla quale certamente mi rivolgerò anche in futuro per la professionalità sperimentata e la umanità dei suoi componenti.

What about Mauro Di Gneo, an agent not only capable and prepared, but also kind and very sweet who followed us step by step, constantly informing us of every progress of the negotiation, immediately winning our trust. Be careful because, unlike many other agencies, they offer exclusive services such as, for example, AFTER SALES, the transfer of utilities at the municipal offices (water and urban sanitation) and the managers (enel, gas etc.), relieving you of files and well-known bureaucratic problems. The same files were supported at the municipal technical offices for the retrieval of documents and protocols. In short, a BLESSED commission and also on this there is a never speculative approach. I feel fully aware of recommending this agency, to which I will certainly turn to in the future for the experienced professionalism and humanity of its members.
