Dopo 45 giorni di storielle scopriamo che il proprietario era diverso da chi concedeva la locazione. Quindi era una "SUB-Locazione" , mai dichiarata.. Purtroppo bonariamente nessuno ha aderito alla nostra richiesta di annullare la proposta. Ora mia moglie è costretta ad una azione legale, in corso. Sconsigliati, per usare un eufemismo. aggiornamento alla recensione Dopo azione legale , con mediazione, il presunto locatore in realtà sub locatario ha restituito l'importo incassato e ovviamente nessun contratto di locazione è stato stipulato. Però l’agenzia immobiliare ha preteso il pagamento per la provvigione nonostante il contratto definitivo non è stato stipulato (attenzione alle firme messe per fiducia..).
