★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei dare una valutazione visto che ho chiesto una cosa riguardo il loro firmare per delle clausole e l'hanno interpretata come un non volerl vendere .E cmq chiedere o avere delle domande su ciò che è incerto o da rivedere non dovrebbe togliere la eventuale possibilità' a delle forse occasioni ' che si potevano/ volevano offrire a un cliente aspettative forse valide?.Così come fa uno a venderla la casa con questi paletti? Il dubbio se poi uno non gli sarebbe passato per l'anticamera del cervello loro fanno di tutto per far si che il cliente ci pensi .In pratica si deve eseguire ordini come i soldati .Vendere una casa non è un pantalone .I dubbi si tolgono e si rispondono non si eliminano .Staremo a vedere .Cmq sempre più complicato fare le cose in questa citta' e forse anche provincia .Saluti a tutti
I can't give an evaluation since I asked something about their signing for clauses and they interpreted it as not wanting to sell. And anyway asking or having questions about what is uncertain or to be reviewed should not remove the possibility 'maybe occasions' that could / wanted to offer a customer perhaps valid expectations?. So how does one sell the house with these stakes? The doubt if one would not have passed through the hall of the brain they do everything to make the customer think about it. In practice, you have to follow orders like soldiers. Selling a house is not a pair of trousers. Doubts are removed. and they answer they are not eliminated. We'll see. Credo che nonostante la giovane età del titolare potrebbe davvero insegnare qualcosa alle altre che ho conosciuto quando ancora stavo cercando casa.
