★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, chiamato l'agente immobiliare per una valutazione, dopo essersi presentato con 40 minuti di ritardo ha dato un'occhiata mooooolto sommaria all'immobile senza chiedermi praticamente nulla. Tanto vale arrangiarsi tra privati o rivolgersi ad agenzie di Firenze o Roma.
Egregio signor Paggetti, non si preoccupi, non c'è nessuna possibilità che io mi rechi in uno dei vostri uffici dato che l'immobile da Lei visitato con una fretta incredibile evidentemente La schifa, non avrei certo messo uno su cinque solo per un ritardo legato a un "fraintendimento" del quale sono molto dubbiosa....., il fatto è che ritengo inconcepibile fidarsi di un'agenzia che non ha tra l'altro la più pallida idea di come si svolgano ad esempio le visure ipocatastali che ero disposta a pagare (tramite internet poi ci ho impiegato solo mezz'ora....).
