★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto la società Petrella Immobiliare per la vendita del mio appartamento sito in Santa Maria Capua Vetere perché pensavo di trovare in loro professionalità, precisione ed esattezze nelle varie fasi della vendita. Purtroppo ahimè mi sono dovuto ricredere.Siamo arrivati al preliminare ma per loro negligenza, superficialità ed errori grossolani (non hanno fatto firmare la proposta alla parte ed addirittura era stata scelta la data, preparato ed inviato il preliminare per farmelo visionare ).Morale della favola, purtroppo di questo si è trattato, è stata una bella favola durata 6 mesi. La parte non si è presentata nel giorno previsto del preliminare e giustamente ha richiesto la restituzione dell'intera somma della caparra.Il loro operato si è basato su consensi telefonici e senza controfirma da parte dell'acquirente , passando alla fase successiva della vendita. Dopo questo fantomatico preliminare mai avvenuto, non
mi è stato comunicato nulla se non dopo 10 giorni dalla data prevista.Ah dimenticavo, l'assegno della caparra aveva intestazione Petrella Immobiliare. La casa non è stata più venduta, a voi le conclusioni... incompetenza allo stato puro. Gaglione Renato.
