m	mattia tanzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo appartamento e posizione peccato per l amministratore del condominio che ci ha chiamato la sera di capodanno verso le 19 dicendo che stavamo facendo casino e avrebbe chiamato i carabinieri mentre non stavamo facendo nulla di che.. Il resto dei condomini ha continuato a scoppiare petardi e urlare come é giusto che sia fino alle 3e30.. Vergona per l amministratore e i 25 euro al giorno per luce ecc é un vero furto.. Personale che, con estrema sicurezza chiede il pagamento di ben 41 euro al giorno ma, consapevoli che il giorno 2 gennaio c'erano stati problemi di letture e cercare di rimediare con un prezzo forfait di 25 euro a notte solo perché eravamo in 6 persone mi sembra una cosa scorretta. Il tutto dopo avergli fatto notare delle anomalie riscontrate nel conteggio perché altrimenti si sarebbero fatti pagare senza problemi.. Altro che scuse. Nei 3 giorni la giornata non è stata trascorsa in casa e spendere tutti questi soldi non è possibile dimostrarlo anche perché il contatore guarda caso non funzionava. A quanto pare spendere 900 euro, anticipare 200 euro di caparra non bastava coprire le spese. Giusto chiedere la cauzione perché molti trattano gli appartamenti come vandali, ma da come si sono rivelati i proprietari con il comportamento sopra descritto, non si sono dimostrati tanto diversi da comportamenti poco trasparenti. FATE LA FOTO DEI CONTATORI ALL'INIZIO E ALLA FINE (SIA DI LUCE E GAS). APPARENT ALMOST perfect. I write this because as from some previous reviews, pay attention to the reading of the counters. M	Matteo Galli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento bello e ben posizionato vicino ai vari luoghi di interesse, peccato però per la mancata accuratezza del personale nella lettura dei contatori, è stato calcolato 41€ di consumo a notte superando così di gran lunga il massimo di 25€, dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni è stato compreso l'errore ed allora è stato deciso di optare per la quota massima. il contatore dopo 3 giorni è rimasto invariato verificabile anche da foto fatte il giorno di arrivo e quello di partenza. Chiedo maggior attenzione nella lettura e verifica del funzionamento della strumentazione. Viene stabilito un prezzo variabile a inizio vacanza fino a un massimo di 25€ a notte, ma a fine vacanza di scopre che guardacaso c'è stato uno sbaglio nella lettura del contatore tale da attribuire un prezzo di 41€ per notte. A questo punto si opta per far pagare il prezzo massimo di 25€, ma solo dopo aver fatto notare lo sbaglio nella lettura del contatore, tramite foto fatte a inizio e fine vacanza. Ci è stato detto che 25€ era il prezzo di un medio consumo per un gruppo di 6 persone... peccato che i caloriferi non siano mai andati e in casa si gelava Beautiful apartment in a great location, very close to the plants and spas. Però attenzione al contatore; nella mia esperienza mi hanno contato 41 euro al giorno di consumo quando in realtà i costi previsti nel contratto variavano dai 18 ai 25 euro. Dopo aver fatto notare l'errore nel conteggio dei Kwh mi hanno fatto pagare per forfait 25 euro a notte sulla base di consumi poco trasparenti (i dati relativi ai consumi erano totalmente sbagliati e il contatore dei Kwh mostrava un valore che è rimasto invariato per 3 giorni). Nice, spacious and clean apartment. But watch out for the counter; in my experience they counted me 41 euro per day of consumption when in reality the costs foreseen in the contract varied from 18 to 25 euro. Ambiente vecchio e mai ristrutturato senza garage,posto auto se lo trovi e senza terrazza(pubblicizzati invece nel loro sito sul residence Nova Peio),un solo armadio x gli abiti inutilizzabile perché metà pieno di vecchie coperte (vedi foto) e metà chiuso a chiave. Il bidet del bagno è rotto e non si può usare,una finestra del soggiorno è rotta e bloccata mentre quella nella stanza piccola si apre a metà perché batte contro il letto a castello. Inoltre l'appartamento è al terzo piano di questo stabile senza ascensore mentre sul sito c'è scritto che gli appartamenti sono o piano terra o primo piano. Quando prenotate fatevi specificare se l'appartamento è nel condominio in via del Fontanino(che è quello verde pubblicizzato nel sito appartamentipeioterme.it con terrazzo e garage),dell'altro-dove sono stata-in via delle acque acidule non troverete traccia nel sito perché improponibile.
