Quest'inverno, in un periodo in cui eravamo assenti, c'è stato un allagamento importante nel nostro appartamento che ha provocato un certo danno. Danno che però sarebbe stato molto più grave senza il tempestivo intervento dell'Agenzia Negri che si è anche occupata con professionalità e competenza di porre rimedio alle conseguenze dell'allagamento. Abitando a Milano, senza il supporto dell'Agenzia avrei dovuto sobbarcarmi numerosi viaggi al solo scopo di ridurre l'impatto e provvedere alle riparazioni. Invece tutto è stato fatto dai professionisti dell'Agenzia con cui è stato sufficiente rimanere in contatto via mail. Grazie di tutto! Living in Milan, without the support of the Agency I would have had to undertake numerous trips for the sole purpose of reducing the impact and providing for repairs.
