★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho perso due mesi di tempo per una trattativa di un fondo in carugio a Sestri Levante. Sembrava tutto fatto quando mi viene richiesto un pagamento a fronte di alcun foglio firmato (abbastanza strano trattandosi di pagamenti tra aziende), dopo la mia richiesta di procedere al pagamento a fronte di un accordo scritto vengo contattato dall'agenzia Picco che accampa scuse vaghe ed assurde a motivo del fallimento della trattativa (di cui 24 ore prima mi avevano richiesto anticipo via bonifico "sulla parola"). Sconsigliato per imprenditori o aziende serie che non hanno tempo da sprecare. Consigliato per arraffoni e furboni delle trattative.
REPLICA: Lei non ha perso tempo ha fatto (male) il suo lavoro. Io ho perso tempo e soldi. Mi sono occupato dell'apertura di oltre 35 negozi in tutta Italia negli ultimi 2 anni ed ho lavorato con numerose agenzie, non mi è mai capitato di ricevere una conferma e dopo 24 ore di DOVER SENTIRE SCUSE BALBETTATE AL TELEFONO SENZA ALCUN SENSO LOGICO.
I lost two months for a negotiation of a caruges fund in Sestri Levante. It seemed all done when I was asked for a payment against any signed sheet (quite strange since it is a payment between companies), after my request to proceed with the payment against a written agreement, I was contacted by the Picco agency that made vague apologies and absurd because of the failure of the negotiation (of which 24 hours before I had requested advance by bank transfer "on the word"). Not recommended for entrepreneurs or serious companies that do not have time to waste. Recommended for grabbers and smarters of the negotiations.
REPLY: You didn't waste your time doing your job. I lost time and money. I have dealt with the opening of over 35 stores throughout Italy in the last 2 years and I have worked with numerous agencies, I never received a confirmation and after 24 hours of DOVER SLEEP FEELING ANSWERED WITHOUT ANY LOGICAL SENSE.
