La gente cercava l’affare, oppure doveva vendere la propria casa prima di comprare la mia (non potevo aspettare i loro comodi!!!). Ho deciso di cercare un agenzia per farmi dare una mano e ho guardato tra le migliori e ho scelto loro. Ho fatto benissimo, una professionalità unica e mi hanno aiutato a vendere casa in pochissimo tempo!! Ringrazio Gianluca per aver gestito tutto! I tried to sell my house as a private individual. Many visits without concluding anything. People were looking for a bargain, or they had to sell their home before buying mine (I couldn't wait for their comforts !!!). I decided to look for an agency to help me out and I looked at the best and chose them. I did very well, a unique professionalism and they helped me sell the house in no time !! Di solito non guardo le recensioni al top preferisco sempre a vedere le recensioni meno valutative dato che è una delle più recenti . Given the fact that I really wanted to work with you to rent my apartment I would like to better understand your expertise in the field. I kindly ask @ that's awesome to offer me more details of his experience with you. I don't usually look at the top reviews I always prefer to see the less evaluative reviews as it is one of the most recent. T	That’s Awesome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I found the service is wrong from day 1. The agency were too pushy to push all the wrong kinds of clients for me. They had 3 different clients whom were not justifying any financial security to rent my boutique apartment in the centre. Finally they found a client and Gianluca was very extremely pushy to sign the contract even though I told them I had another agency looking at the apartment on that day. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY : Check the contract with a lawyer nxt time First , do not sign any exclusivity with them. Make sure they have your interest. Through my experience they took more than one month commission and they did not put a clause in my the contract which put me in a unfavorable position . I trusted that Gianluca well rent to my tenant at least for 18month period instead the tenant is leaving in 2 month which I ended up having a 6month contract with highly undervalued ‘short term’ rent. So yes it a huge mistake for me to choose them. Maybe it works for another people but Ricercato agency does not give a great representation for us a a client. I’m sorry but please be more cautious about their dealings on your behalf. Bad experience for me. And I felt like I was taken advantage from that agency.
