In sessanta giorni, e dopo una mole importante di visite, hanno locato i capannoni ad una società operante nel settore del cinema (un service che ha locato due moduli) ed un altro ad un'azienda operante nel settore del commercio di pneumatici. Il tutto è stato coniugato con la massima attenzione rispetto alle garanzie presentate dai conduttori, a contratti blindati e obbligo di seria permanenza negli immobili. Purtroppo hanno dovuto gestire anche il recesso di un promissario acquirente che non era più in grado di poter onorare una proposta accettata e ci hanno presentato immediatamente una valida soluzione ed alternativa a sostituzione dello stesso.
