G	Giovanni Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno, abbiamo prenotato un appartamento presso questa agenzia immobiliare. Appartamento a VASTO MARINA PRESSO IL RESIDENCE MILO. Dalle foto si vedeva che l'appartamento era vecchio ma non così! Sedie che ti si rompevano quando ti sedevi, avete rischiato di mandarci al pronto soccorso, fortunatamente non è successo. Ci hanno dovuto comprare le sedie,nel frattempo c'era la tensione per sedersi! Prese della corrente che non sono più a norma di legge e non si poteva attaccare nulla , infatti ci hanno dovuto fornire delle doppie spine ad hoc. Assenza della cappa sulla cucina e della luce, c'era una specie di paralume appeso al muro. La mini luce che abbiamo dovuto mettere noi perchè se ne sono fulminate 2 per i continui sbalzi di corrente. Materassi sporchissimi abbiamo dovuto comprare altri 2 copri materassi. Non c'erano cucchiaini da caffè, ce li hanno dovuti portare! Un bagno claustrofobico, con un mini aspiratore e tanta polvere dentro. Credo che l'Agenzia sia garante della bontà di un appartamento che dovrebbe preventivamente vedere e non pensare al solo guadagno! Saluti. Good morning, we booked an apartment with this real estate agency. Apartment in VASTO MARINA AT THE MILO RESIDENCE. From the photos you could see that the apartment was old but not like that! Chairs that broke when you sat down, you risked sending us to the emergency room, luckily it didn't happen. They had to buy us chairs, in the meantime there was tension to sit down! Power outlets that are no longer in accordance with the law and nothing could be attacked, in fact they had to provide us with ad hoc double plugs. Absence of the hood on the kitchen and of the light, there was a kind of lampshade hanging on the wall. The mini light that we had to put because we burned 2 because of the constant current surges. Dirty mattresses we had to buy 2 other mattress covers. There were no coffee spoons, they had to bring them to us! A claustrophobic bathroom, with a mini extractor fan and lots of dust inside. I believe that the Agency is the guarantor of the goodness of an apartment that should preventively see and not think only of the gain! Greetings.

I had a problem and had to change the dates of the holiday; they were courteous, professional and willing to find other solutions, they showed me the apartment I will have to take, everything was perfectly clean and tidy.
