Come spesso accade avevo diverse agenzie che già da qualche tempo lo stavano proponendo senza nessuna provvigione da parte mia e, purtroppo, senza nessun risultato. Kyos è stata l'unica a presentarsi professionalmente precisando da subito che a conclusione del contratto avrei dovuto corrispondere le provvigioni. Mi è piaciuta proprio per questo: chi dà valore al proprio lavoro lo farà seriamente. Kyos ha affittato il mio appartamento in 3 settimane, alla cifra concordata, ad un inquilino con ottime referenze, seguendomi per tutto l'iter fino alla sottoscrizione del contratto. Non potrei essere più soddisfatto di così! I met Kyos Immobiliare completely by chance in November 2019 while I had to rent my property in Milan. As often happens, I had several agencies that had been offering it for some time without any commission from me and, unfortunately, to no avail. Kyos was the only one to present herself professionally, immediately specifying that at the conclusion of the contract I would have to pay the commissions. I liked it precisely for this reason: those who value their work will do it seriously. Kyos rented my apartment in 3 weeks, to the agreed amount, to a tenant with excellent references, following me throughout the process until the contract was signed. I couldn't be more satisfied with this!
