Fin dai primi incontri ci eravamo accorti della maleducazione, ma la casa da affittare ci piaceva molto ed era in esclusiva...abbiamo deciso di soprassedere. Oltre al fatto che quando segnalavamo un problema in casa era molto difficile ricevere risposta (erano invece puntualissimi nel contattarci per chiedere denaro), ci sarebbero molti esempi da raccontare, ma riporto solo l'ultimo: alla riconsegna della casa, dopo tre anni di affitto ad oltre 1000€ al mese, ci hanno trattenuto quasi 800€ (su 1000) di cauzione senza mostrarci lo straccio di una ricevuta. D'altronde basta dare un'occhiata alle recensioni negative e vedere quanti pollici in su hanno ricevuto. Noi purtroppo non ci abbiamo pensato prima! Professionalism at the lowest levels. Not even family management can justify such an approximation. From the first meetings we had noticed the rudeness, but we liked the house to rent very much and it was exclusive ... we decided to postpone it. In addition to the fact that when we reported a problem in the house it was very difficult to receive an answer (instead they were very punctual in contacting us to ask for money), there would be many examples to tell, but I only report the last one: when the house is returned, after three years of rent. at over 1000 € per month, they kept us almost 800 € (out of 1000) of bail without showing us the rag of a receipt. On the other hand, just take a look at the negative reviews and see how many thumbs up they received. Unfortunately, we didn't think about it before!
