Nella mia esperienza in affitto in una casa gestita dall'agenzia ho avuto a che fare con la signora Sara: bollette consegnate il giorno stesso o addirittura dopo la scadenza delle stesse, contratto consegnato ormai 2 mesi dopo la nostra firma nonostante fosse stato ripetutamente richiesto, caparra dalla quale sono spariti 406 euro senza ricevere nessuna motivazione sono solo alcuni degli esempi della scarsa professionalità offerta dall'agenzia il tetto.
Servizio di gestione patetico.

In my experience in renting in a house managed by the agency I had to deal with Mrs. Sara: bills delivered the same day or even after their expiration, a contract delivered 2 months after our signature even though it was repeatedly requested, deposit from which 406 euros disappeared without receiving any motivation are just some of the examples of the lack of professionalism offered by the agency the roof.

Molto disponibile quando bisogna pagare, tergiversa quando si tratta di rispondere a richieste. Come quella legittima di avere il contratto, per il quale abbiamo dovuto attendere 2 mesi. Inoltre ha restituito solo in parte i soldi della caparra senza fornire spiegazioni documentate del come sono stati utilizzati (400euro trattenuti) e, nonostante i numerosi solleciti, non risponde alle chiamate. Se potete cercate altre agenzie a Legnaro, ce ne sono di più affidabili.

Very helpful when you have to pay, tergiversa when it comes to responding to requests. As the legitimate one to have the contract, for which we had to wait two months. He also returned only part of the deposit money without providing documented explanations of how they were used (400euro withheld) and, despite numerous reminders, he does not answer calls. If you can look for other agencies in Legnaro, there are more reliable ones.

Ho lasciato un messaggio ma nessuno mi ha ricontattato. Ho solo perso tempo. Mi dispiace anche per coloro che affidano a questa "agenzia" la vendita del proprio immobile sperando in un servizio serio. Agenzia immobiliare da dimenticare.
Sara Meneghello made an appointment for me to see an apartment: I showed up but the agency was closed; I called but no one answered. I left a message but no one got back to me. I just wasted time. I am also sorry for those who entrust this "agency" with the sale of their property hoping for a serious service. Real estate agency to forget.
