 They have excellent knowledge of the territory and of the local real estate market, however the attitude of the owner and of the collaborators is not very friendly and professional, despite showing that they have skills.

Do una stella perché meno non si può.
Ho appena finito di parlare al telefono con un certo Germano, di una sgradevolezza indescrivibile!
Nel pomeriggio ho mandato una email all'agenzia per avere informazioni riguardo un immobile che avevo visto in affitto, dopo qualche istante ricevo risposta con alcuni dettagli sulla posizione dell'immobile e con il numero di telefono dicendomi che se ero interessata avrei potuto contattarlo e cosi ho subito fatto. Meglio era se non telefonavo. Persona sgarbata e davvero scocciata, mi sono quasi sentita in colpa di aver telefonato per prendere un appuntamento per l'immobile.

I give a star because you can't get less.
I have just finished talking on the phone with a certain Germano, of an indescribable unpleasantness!
In the afternoon I sent an email to the agency to get information about a property I had seen for rent, after a few moments I receive an answer with some details on the location of the property and the telephone number telling me that if I was interested I could contact him and so on I immediately did. It was better if I didn't call. Rude person and really annoyed, I almost felt guilty for having phoned to make an appointment for the property.
Never again!
