★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, peccato non poter metterepiù zero Stelle, ho comprato una casa fra bugie, notevole fatica per andare alla casa con le imprese che mi avrebbero fatto i lavori dopoper l, acquisto(la casa era disabitata, quindise era scomodo solo per l agenzia), problemi per rispetare il preliminare, casa vuota all atto del rogito, sentito i proprietari non sentivano l agenzia da mesi(per questo darei una colpa al 50%ad entrambi).e ora che è mia il mio geometra scopre che la parte catastale non è conforme a quella urrbanistica, risultato..2500€ ininche più che devo pagare per poter presentare il mio progetto di ristrutturazione, e naturalmente loro smentiscono, bugie bugie bugie..MAI più, da sconsigliareeee. Ha naturalmente ho pagato l agenzia più che profumatamente. Uno schifo
