Li ho contattati più volte per problemi alla struttura generale e al mio appartamento, umidità e altro, ma dopo un apparente collaborazione non ne hanno più voluto sapere.

I contacted them several times due to problems with the general structure and my apartment, humidity and more, but after an apparent collaboration they didn't want to know any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco Professionale. Appuntamento alle 11.30 nessuno si é presentato dopo che ho aspettato 20 minuti. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Subito dopo i 20 minuti di attesa ho ricevuto una chiamata alle 11.50 che l'agente stava aspettando li da 10 minuti quale non é vero. Succede di fare ritardo ma la gente va avvisata. Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa magari la prossima volta sarete piu organizzati. Buonagiornata e buona fortuna
Unprofessional. Appointment at 11.30 no one showed up after I waited 20 minutes. We have decided to leave. Immediately after the 20 minute wait I received a call at 11.50 that the agent had been waiting for them for 10 minutes which is not true. It happens to be late but people need to be warned. I'm sorry to leave a negative review, maybe next time you will be more organized. Good day and good luck
