Abbiamo un appuntamento alle 17.30, 40 minuti di strada da dove abito e il mio compagno ha preso un permesso per uscire prima da lavoro, per trovare le serrande chiuse e nessuno ad aspettarci. Chiamiamo l'agente per spiegazioni, nulla appuntamento annullato. One star is too much!
