Dopo mezz'ora circa, dove l'impiegato mi parlava dell'immobile, mi dice che forse probabilmente c è il rischio che l'immobile non sarebbe stato messo più in vendita. Morale della favola, mezza giornata persa. In seguito, è stata sottoposta alla mia firma una proposta di acquisto, a prezzo ribassato, per la quale, dopo quasi 9 mesi, e diverse promesse e rinvii da parte dell’agente, non ho incassato la caparra né tantomeno concluso il contratto. In conclusione, un servizio privo di competenza e professionalità. Sconsiglio vivamente, esperienza totalmente negativa!
