Sono invece sottoposto a una serie di quesiti coi quali i Professionisti (con la “P” Maiuscola) che vi lavorano cercano piuttosto di capire “cosa”, veramente, mi occorra. E infatti, posponendo la mia prima scelta in altro tempo mi propongono piuttosto di visionare, subito, la soluzione “y”...! Effettuiamo il sopralluogo e, tempo 24 ore (nemmeno) la blocco. Di lì a poco il Preliminare poi, finalmente, il Rogito. Sicuramente c'è agenzia e Agenzia ma... quanto alla FRIMM di Bellizzi dico, semplicemente: > E non ci sono sorprese, se non in positivo! La Frimm di Bellizzi accoglie il cliente (venditore o acquirente che sia) e ne assume cura certosina, maniacale, fino al termine di ogni singolo passaggio. E anche oltre. Una squadra competente, affiatata e laboriosa che, come ho avuto modo di verificare in più di un'occasione, riserva un'attenzione particolare all'aggiornamento costante nella materia. Prescindendo dall'aspetto commerciale del mio rapporto con la FRIMM di Bellizzi, come detto di mia piena soddisfazione, mi ha fatto altresì gran piacere conoscere le persone che ci lavorano le quali passerò Io sempre a salutare ogni qualvolta mi capiterà di essere in zona, sicuro che mi saranno corrisposti pari sentimenti di stima e amicizia.
