Appuntamento in agenzia per parlare di appartamenti in affitto, dovevano richiamare quano ottenute le chiavi della casa per la quale avevo lasciato il mio nominativo: mai successo. Ho dovuto richiamare io, più che altro perchè interessato ad un altro appartamento resosi disponibile 3 settimane dopo: volevo vederlo, sono stato invitato a "pensarci bene prima" perchè l'agente "va già fuori tre volte al giorno e non vuole perdere tempo con gente indecisa". Come se mi facesse un favore a farmi vedere la casa che IO dovrei affittare e per la quale dovrei pagargli le spese di agenzia (e soprattutto come se non avessi niente di meglio da fare con il MIO tempo che andare in giro a vedere case per le quali non nutro interesse). I commenti negativi a questi livelli sono dettati da conflitto di interessi o da immotivate ripicche...a mio avviso.comunque consiglio un ambiente dove le persone non perdono tempo a chiacchierare ma offrono un servizio valido. Il cliente che si reca in questa agenzia "EMPATIA", NON e' per niente accolto in modo " EMPATICO" e professionale, si ha la certezza di disturbare. Alla richiesta di ricerca di alloggi, viene risposto di cercare nel sito, e poi di rivolgersi in agenzia. Ovviamente, la ricerca e' vana se gli annunci non vengono continuamente aggiornati, con una grande perdita di tempo per il cliente . Inaffidabili e poco seri, una vera delusione !!!! Ho riscontrato un atteggiamento piuttosto irriverente o quantomeno poco disponibile. Non posso dire di aver trovato gentilezza.
