Segretaria (o chiunque fosse a rispondere alle chiamate) scortese, scontrosa, tutte caratteristiche che non dovrebbero appartenere a chi svolge una mansione che prevede il contatto con il pubblico.
La mia esperienza è stata questa:
Ho risposto ad un annuncio chiedendo quando fosse possibile poter visionare la casa in questione, considerando che per me è la prima volta che mi ritrovo ad affittare una casa avendo 20 anni, la sua risposta è stata che le visite sarebbero state possibili tale giorno da tale ora e così io mi sono fatta trovare lì, convinta di trovare qualcuno. Premettendo che sicuramente io non sapessi le modalità di svolgimento di questo tipo di cose, ho chiamato l'agenzia per chiedere se potessero darmi qualche recapito da poter chiamare, e la segretaria o chiunque essa sia, anzi che spiegarmi pazientemente come effettivamente avrebbe dovuto fare ha iniziato a rivolgersi in modo del tutto sgarbato, trattandomi senza un minimo di garbo e pazienza, e anzi evidentemente seccata per la mia semplicissima richiesta.

Secretary (or whoever was answering calls) rude, surly, all characteristics that should not belong to someone who performs a job that involves contact with the public.
My experience was this:
I replied to an ad asking when it was possible to view the house in question, considering that for me it is the first time that I find myself renting a house when I am 20 years old, his answer was that visits would have been possible on that day from that day. now and so I let myself be found there, convinced of finding someone. Assuming that I certainly did not know how to carry out this type of thing, I called the agency to ask if they could give me some contact details I can call, and the secretary or whoever she is, rather than patiently explaining to me how she actually should have done began to address in a completely rude way, treating me without a minimum of grace and patience, and indeed evidently annoyed by my very simple request.
