★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una villetta a schiera a Carpi grazie a Carlo (l'agente immobiliare che mi ha seguito) e sono stato pienamente soddisfatto del rapporto qualita'/prezzo dell'immobile e dalla sua professionalita' e disponibilità nel presentarmi l'offerta e nel seguirmi in tutte le fasi della transazione.
Se in futuro dovessi effettuare altre operazioni immobiliari sicuramente mi rivolgero' a loro con fiducia e posso tranquillamente consigliarli a chiunque.
 I bought a terraced house in Carpi thanks to Carlo (the real estate agent who followed me) and I was fully satisfied with the quality / price ratio of the property and his professionalism and availability in presenting me with the offer and following me at all stages of the transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trattato con Carlo sia la vendita di casa mia, sia l'acquisto di quella nuova. Ho sempre riscontrato professionalità e grandissima disponibilità ed alla fine siamo rimasti soddisfatti di entrambi gli affari conclusi.
La vendita è stata un po' più complicata del previsto forse anche per il periodo Covid che non ha aiutato e perché siamo partiti con largo anticipo, ma si è poi conclusa senza intoppi e con reciproca soddisfazione. Si nota l'attenzione al cliente che probabilmente è più difficile trovare nei grandi franchising. Conoscenza vastissima del mercato e degli attori in gioco. Esperienza più che positiva, se dovessi tornare a trattare degli immobili tornerei da Carlo.
I negotiated with Carlo both the sale of my house and the purchase of a new one. I have always found professionalism and great availability and in the end we were satisfied with both deals concluded.
The sale was a little more complicated than expected, perhaps also due to the Covid period which did not help and because we started well in advance, but then ended smoothly and with mutual satisfaction. You notice the attention to the customer that is probably more difficult to find in large franchises. Extensive knowledge of the market and of the players involved. More than positive experience, if I were to return to dealing with properties I would return to Carlo.

Durante questo periodo, la Dierre non mi ha mai lasciato solo, dimostrando non solo estrema competenza, ma anche estrema professionalita', aiutandomi a navigare tutte le problematiche emerse con l'acquisto della mia prima casa.
