★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo al telefono per chiedere se hanno appartamenti con riscaldamento autonomo e mi risponde un uomo , forse il proprietario e mi risponde con arroganza e approssimazione che non hanno niente , gli spiego cosa cerco ma lui totalmente disinteressato a quello che dico mi liquida velocemente, meglio che cambino lavoro, non li chiamerò più, non va bene il casa + ma si dovrebbe chiamare casa -.
 I call on the phone to ask if they have apartments with independent heating and a man answers me, perhaps the owner and he replies with arrogance and approximation that they have nothing, I explain what I am looking for but he totally disinterested in what I say liquidates me quickly, better than change jobs, I will not call them anymore, the house is not good + but it should be called home -.

Tre settimane fa avevo visto un appartamento che mi interessava, mando una mail ed non ricevo nessuna risposta quindi chiamo e chiedo se il Lunedi successivo posso andare a visitare l'appartamento...mi dice che deve sentire il proprietario .
È venerdì 12.30 non ho avuto ancora nessuna notizia se posso andarlo a vedere...richiamo l'agenzia mi richiama dopo un h.Dopo aver visto l'appartamento chiamo nel pomeriggio per ulteriori info,l'agente molto arrogante..ma vabbè mi dice che mi lascia una settimana.. oggi richiamo e mi dice che l'appartamento non è più disponibile...lascio a voi giudicare la serietà di questa aggenzia.

Three weeks ago I had seen an apartment that interested me, I send an email and I don't receive any answer so I call and ask if the following Monday I can go and visit the apartment ... he tells me that he has to hear from the owner.
It's Friday 12.30 I haven't had any news yet if I can go and see it ... I call the agency calls me back after a h. After seeing the apartment I call in the afternoon for more info, the very arrogant agent..but oh well I he says he leaves me a week .. today I call back and tells me that the apartment is no longer available ... I leave it to you to judge the seriousness of this agency.
