Per convincermi hanno anche cercato di farmi vedere come sarebbe stata arredata, lo chiamano home staging, l'ho trovato molto interessante. Alla fine non l'ho comprata per altri motivi ma è sicuramente la migliore agenzia della zona. Een dag later zaten wij aan tafel met Hara en Annalisa om de koopakte te tekenen. Van begin tot eind, en zelfs erna zijn we fantastisch geholpen. Italiaanse bankrekening openen, afspraken met de notaris, vertalers regelen voor bij de notaris en voor het overzetten van alle nuts voorzieningen. Overal zijn we mee geholpen door deze lieve mensen! Het kopen van een huis in het buitenland kan heel spannend zijn, maar zij zorgden er voor dat het allemaal heel fijn, vertrouwd en helemaal niet spannend voelde! Dankjewel Hara en Annalisa! Appartamento visto, Appuntamento fissato da 2 settimane, per il giorno 16 marzo, garantendomi che mi avrebbero dato la precedenza (visto che dovevo sottopormi a visite mediche importanti di cui erano a conoscenza) , volo prenotato (di cui erano a conoscenza), ferie a lavoro... E oggi mi chiamano per dirmi che c'è stato chi ha fatto una proposta proprio ieri...! La cosa non mi torna! Dietro mia insistenza mi viene detto che (addirittura)è stato venduto! Ma questa è serietà? Capisco che i soldi facciano gola a tutti...ma quello che mi chiedo "sempre a discapito della correttezza altrui?"... Davvero oggi si ha l'incapacità a comprendere e a riconoscere le persone serie, educate e corrette? Davvero allucinante! Eppure ero stata messa in guardia da chi vi ha conosciuto prima di me...a cui avete, anche, dovuto rendere la caparra! La delusione totale che più mi rammarica è che l'agente, alla quale ho parlato della mia malattia motivo per cui ci saremmo dovute rivedere il giorno 16, mi ha rassicurato che mi avrebbe aspettato con mio marito!... Mi avrebbe dato la precedenza! È proprio per la fiducia riposta in lei che abbiamo interrotto la ricerca presso altre agenzie...! Oggi la parola data non serve proprio più a nulla!
