★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi fik af naboer til vores feriebolig i Calabrien anbefalet Agenzia Immobiliare Bonifazi i Soverato ved mægler Donato Paparo. Det blev en lang salgsperiode med flere bump på vejen, dels på grund af stagnerende ejendomspriser og to år med Covid-19. Efter et mislykket forsøg på salg i september 2021 var vi noget opgivende, men Donato har under hele forløbet været god til at opmuntre os samtidig med, at han har givet et realistisk billede af markedet i Syditalien.
På kontoret i Soverato er vi altid blevet venligt modtaget og lyttet til. Donato og hans medhjælpende hustru har vist god forståelse for vores situation og gjort deres til, at vi nu har fået solgt vores villa og er tilfredse med salget.
Vi har fået stor hjælp til papirarbejdet, notarbesøg og oversættelser.
Parret har været yderst hjælpsomme, guidet os sikkert igennem og også givet lidt rabat.

We got from neighbors for our holiday home in Calabria recommended Agenzia Immobiliare Bonifazi in Soverato by broker Donato Paparo. It was a long sales period with several bumps in the road, partly due to stagnant property prices and two years with Covid-19. After a failed attempt at sale in September 2021, we were somewhat resigned, but throughout the process, Donato has been good at encouraging us while giving a realistic picture of the market in Southern Italy.
At the office in Soverato, we have always been kindly received and listened to. Donato and his assistant wife have shown good understanding of our situation and made theirs that we have now sold our villa and are satisfied with the sale.
We have received great help with the paperwork, notary visits and translations.
The couple have been extremely helpful, guiding us safely through and also giving a little discount.
This Agenzia is highly recommended.
